It’s been leaked, rumored, made fun, and adored. By this point, I assume everyone knows someone, who knows someone, that knows someone who saw the kit was on sale in some store. At least that’s how the internet has seems to sound. But finally, the communication comes from the club and makes it official!

With a white shirt and red marbled texture that presumably pays homage to the marbled halls of Arsenal’s beloved Highbury stadium, combined with maroon shorts, Arsenal will attempt to turn their fortunes around when playing away from The Emirates. With similar vibes to their 2007/08 kit that was worn by Henry, Walcott, and Cesc, we hope it brings similar fortunes. After all, Arsenal managed 24 wins, 11 draws, and only 3 losses that year, which was good for 83 points and 3rd place. While I would take a 3rd place finish in a heartbeat, I have a funny feelings that 83 points could see Arsenal finish even better.

According to Arsenal.com, the new kit will be worn for the first time on Saturday, August 22, when Arsenal Ladies face Paris Saint-Germain in the Women’s Champions League quarter-final. Love it!
Is the video launching the kit better than the kit itself? I’ll let you decide.
